Paraflon Chemical Process Pumps represent a state-of-the-art, single-stage centrifugal pump boasting a robust horizontal design. Constructed with FEP/PFA/PVDF materials, the pump features an innovative external mechanical seal installation for enhanced durability. What sets Paraflon pumps apart is their unique design, facilitating swift disassembly of the entire unit with remarkable efficiency. Notably, the pump body, back-plate, and impeller are entirely molded with FEP/PFA/PVDF, incorporating metal inserts for reinforcement. This pioneering design incorporates metal fluorine plastic embedded within the molded components.

The Paraflon pump is distinguished by its meticulous engineering, ensuring that all components in contact with the medium are either molded/lined with FEP/PFA/PVDF or crafted from other resilient materials, such as silicon carbide. The pump’s structural integrity is defined by a full plastic body, featuring a cantilever structure that is devoid of load-bearing elements, resulting in a lightweight and easily maintainable system. Paraflon pumps exemplify a cutting-edge solution for chemical processes, marrying advanced materials with a streamlined design for optimal performance and longevity.

The pump has proven its efficacy through practical applications, showcasing notable advantages such as corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high-temperature resilience, non-aging properties, elevated mechanical strength, stable operation, advanced structural design, reliable sealed performance, straightforward disassembly and maintenance, low noise emission, and an extended service life.

Paraflon pumps adhere to international standards and integrate non-metallic pump technology into their design and manufacturing processes.

Our pumps feature an innovative externally mounted TEFLONR bellows mechanical seal, recognized for its ability to compensate for radial runout in the pump shaft. This single-end seal is easily installed and removed, providing an intuitive working state with commendable corrosion and wear resistance. With multi-layer protection, this mechanical seal effectively prolongs its service life. The static ring, crafted from ceramic, and the moving ring, composed of TEFLON® filling material (or other materials tailored to the user’s specific working conditions), enhance its performance. For the transport of corrosive media containing impurity particles, a SILICONE CARBIDE mechanical seal, requiring no cooling water, can be optionally equipped.

APPLICATION :

This pump is designed to withstand chemically aggressive and contaminated media across a broad spectrum of applications, including chemical processing technology, surface coating technology, environmental engineering, and various industrial sectors. It excels in transporting highly corrosive substances of any concentration, including but not limited to sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, acetic acid, aqua regia, strong alkali, potent oxidants, and organic solvents. Renowned for its advanced corrosion-resistant features, this pump stands as a pinnacle in the realm of corrosion-resistant equipment.
